WHAT IS THE TYPICAL FEE STRUCTURE FOR OUR SERVICES?
Our typical fee structure is as follows: a 10% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation, a 40% commencement deposit, a 40% progress payment, and a final 10% payment upon completion. However, it is important to note that each job is unique, and the payment structure may vary accordingly.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF A KITCHEN/BATHROOM RENOVATION?
The cost of a kitchen/bathroom renovation can vary greatly depending on various factors, such as the size of the space, the quality of materials chosen, and the complexity of the project. On average, a kitchen renovation (joinery, worktops, stripping, building, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting & sanitary ware) can range from R150,000 to R250,000 or more, whereas a bathroom renovation (stripping, building, tiling, electrical, plumbing, painting & sanitary ware) can typically cost between R80,000 and R120,000 or more. It's essential to consult with a professional contractor to get an accurate estimate based on your specific needs and preferences.
ARE QUOTATIONS AND DESIGNS FREE?
We offer complimentary quotations, while charges apply for retaining our plans. During our presentation, we will showcase our design along with the quotation. However, please note that the design remains our property until you accept our quote. Upon acceptance, we will provide you with the design. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase the design, along with a cutting list and detailed plans to be used with another contractor.
